Shipping?
Shipping is determined at checkout but a flat rate option is still available*.
Please allow up to 3 business days before receiving a tracking number.
We do not accept orders outside of the U.S. at this time. Special exceptions have been made upon personal agreements.
*Flat Rate doesn’t guarantee fast delivery time such as USPS Priority.
What is your return/refund policy?
As of August 2025, we have a 100% refund policy if you’re unsatisfied within 3 calendar days of delivery.
You also get a 100% refund if your order is lost or damaged during shipping.
